CANCELATION CHARGES POLICY
We all know that moving house doesn't, always go as planed. In fact ,sometimes it can go drastically off plan, and the move might not even happen at all. While this is very rare, it does happen occasionally.
Removals service are carefully planed operation. Once you have booked your move we will plan and reserve the resources to carry your move out.
This means we're planing staff, trucks, packing materials, parking permits and anything else that's needed to ensure you have a stress free move.
Cancelling a move means that there is no guarantee that we can secure another move in time to make use of these resources so certain level of costs will incur. If you can't move we still incur these costs.
LEVEL OF COSTS
3 TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE REMOVAL WAS DUE TO START - 10% OF THE TOTAL REMOVAL CHARGE.
2 TO 3 WEEKS BEFORE REMOVAL WAS DUE TO START - 20% OF THE TOTAL REMOVAL CHARGE.
1 TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE REMOVAL WAS DUE TO START - 30% OF THE TOTAL REMOVAL CHARGE.
LESS THAN 1 WEEK BEFORE REMOVAL WAS DUE TO START - 50% OF TOTAL REMOVAL CHARGE.
WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE MOVE TAKING PLACE - 70% OF TOTAL REMOVAL CHARGE.
ON THE DAY THE MOVE STARTS OR ANY TIME AFTER - 100% OF TOTAL REMOVAL CHARGE.
